Pathify offers 140 undergraduate majors, 90 minors and 210 graduate programs, taught by 2,410 full-time faculty at a ratio of one to thirteen. Degrees are awarded on the same terms whether a student studies at Riverbend, Northgate, Pathify Health or online.
How study works
A curriculum organised by college, not by campus
Every degree at Pathify sits within one of eight colleges and schools. The college sets the curriculum, admits to the major and advises the student, but registration is university-wide: a student admitted to the College of Arts & Sciences at Riverbend can take courses at Northgate or online in the same term.
Undergraduates declare a major by the end of the second year, choosing from 140 options, and may add any of 90 minors. Around a third of undergraduates complete a second major or a minor outside their home college.
Graduate study runs across 210 programs, from coursework master's degrees to the research doctorate. Nine of these are detailed in the program finder alongside fifteen undergraduate degrees.

Riverbend campus
The largest of the eight, spanning the natural sciences, humanities and social sciences. Home to the physics group led by Dr. Yelena Marchetti and to the biology department behind the long-running monarch migration study.

Study formats
Studying on campus
Most undergraduate programs are taught on campus, with 19,800 students at Riverbend, 6,400 at Northgate and 2,300 at Pathify Health. Course registration is university-wide, so students routinely combine courses across sites within a single term.
Studio, laboratory and clinical courses are campus-bound by design. Architecture studios sit at Northgate, clinical placements run from Pathify Health, and the engineering laboratories are at Riverbend.

Fields of study
Sciences, computing and engineering
The natural sciences, computing and AI, engineering and psychology. The largest cluster by enrollment, taught mainly at Riverbend across two colleges.
Health, nursing and human services
Health sciences and nursing at Pathify Health, education and social work at Northgate. Every program in this cluster includes supervised placement hours.
Design, environment, business and law
Architecture, environmental policy, the visual and performing arts, business, and law and public policy. Studio and seminar teaching across Northgate and Riverbend.
I joined the monarch study in my second semester. By the end of the year I was presenting our count data to the county. Nobody told me undergraduates could not do that, so I did it.
