How to apply to Pathify

Five steps, one portal and no application fee. The same process applies whether you are applying to Riverbend, Northgate, Pathify Health or Pathify Online.

Before you start

What an application needs from you

Applications are submitted through a single portal and can be saved partway through. There is no fee at any stage, for any applicant, at either the undergraduate or graduate level.

Undergraduate applicants may name up to three programs from the 140 majors. The application is read by the college that awards the degree, not centrally, so the choice of program matters to the outcome.

Financial aid is assessed separately from admission. 91% of first-year students receive aid, and the university meets 100% of demonstrated need for in-state students.

The five steps

Everything runs through one portal, and a partial application can be saved and resumed.

  1. Create your account

    Register with an email address. The portal holds a partial application indefinitely, so there is no penalty for starting early and returning later.

  2. Complete the application

    Biographical details, intended campus and up to three programs from the 140 undergraduate majors . Graduate applicants name a single program.

  3. Send your transcript

    Official transcripts come directly from your school. Most districts in the state transmit them to us electronically within a few days.

  4. Add recommendations

    One counselor recommendation is required. A teacher recommendation is optional and is read whenever it is provided.

  5. Submit and track

    Submit through the portal and follow the file there. Decisions are released in a single batch rather than on a rolling basis.

Questions about the application itself

Is there genuinely no application fee?
There is no fee. Pathify charges $0 to apply, for in-state and out-of-state applicants alike, at both undergraduate and graduate level. No fee waiver is needed because no fee is charged.
Can I apply to more than one program?
Undergraduate applicants may name up to three programs from the 140 majors, ranked in order of preference. Graduate applicants name one program, because graduate admission is decided by the program itself.
